We take insurance, but insurance does not pay for the actual Ketamine administration because it is still an off-label indication per the FDA approved. We bill your insurance for the continuously monitored time with the doctor and IV placement. Since insurance does not pay for the Ketamine medication itself, we charge you $275 per infusion for the Ketamine infusion, in addition to any co-pay for an office visit
We take a wide variety of insurance plans (please check our page for your plan below) If you have a deductible and your insurance will not cover any portion of the visit or infusion, you will be responsible for a total of $325 (everything included) due before the infusion is administered. Once you hit your deductible, subsequent visits will cost only $225. Mood disorders are treated with a series of 6 infusions, each lasting an hour, over a 3 week period.
At present, we do not administer infusions for treating chronic pain. Treatment for chronic pain requires significantly higher doses with a longer duration of infusions (2-3 hours).
Ketamine on a social mission.
Depression and Mood Disorder Protocol (we do not treat chronic pain)
For treating resistant depression, severe anxiety, PTSD, and other mood disorders. Generally, a course of 6 infusions over a 3 week period is recommended. The infusions take about an hour.
With insurance (with a $0 deductible):
Evaluation visit is billed to your insurance.
You are only responsible for the co-pay and deductible.
Then, (since insurance does not pay for the ketamine medication) - $225 per infusion and we bill your insurance for the visit, infusion, and monitoring.
With insurance (with a deductible amount you have to pay before insurance coverage begins):
If you have a deductible amount that you are responsible for paying, before your insurance will begin to start paying, the cost for you will be $325.

We take the first ketamine payment upfront at the time of scheduling the infusion and each subsequent payment at the visit. If the patient no shows, or reschedule/cancel within 48 hours, there will be a fee of $175.
